Winter (sort of…)Walk

Thanks to our intrepid leader, Joan Campbell, a group of GCC members enjoyed a brisk walk through Wright Woods Monday afternoon.

Joan led us on a walk to Fairhaven Bay paralleling the Sudbury River. We paused at one of Thoreau’s favorite spots, Grape Cliff, to enjoy the balm of mid-winter sunshine and savor a beautiful view of the river.

Treats and tea were in store at Joan’s at the end of our trek.
