October 19th Program

The Programs Committee invites members to join the Wednesday October 19th at 1 pm, either in person at TriCon Church on Walden Street or over zoom for our first guest speaker of the year, Russ Cohen. 

His presentation, Edible Wild Plants and Mushrooms in and Around Concord will draw our attention to the over 90 species of wild edibles and mushrooms found in our area. Russ will cover over two dozen of the tastiest, with identification tips, edible portions, seasons of availability, and preparation methods. Read more about Russ on his website. 

The zoom link for this meeting will be sent to members at the beginning of the week. For those able to join us in person, refreshments will be served afterward.
