Flower Arranging From The Garden

WORKSHOP :    FLOWER ARRANGING FROM THE GARDEN.
To be held on March 1st, at 10:00 am, at Wilhelmina’s house, 597 Lowell road.
The Workshop was given before also in March 5 years ago and will be similar in content, but with some additions and changes.
The participants will be provided with a list of plant material that has interest during all seasons.
Then a demonstration of 8 arrangements will take place, using these plant materials, with addition of purchased flowers.
Attention will be given to the choice of containers, repurposing commercial glass, also using baskets and other materials and converting these into holders for the arrangements. Mechanics to hold branches and flower stems into place will be touched on briefly.
Duration of the workshop is approximately 1 1/2 hours. Refreshments will be served.
Limited to 14 participants. No cost involved.
