Edible Wild Plants and Mushrooms in and Around Concord, Russ Cohen (in person meeting with virtual guest, will be shared over Zoom)
Our area is home to over 90 species of wild edibles and mushrooms. Russ will cover over two dozen of the tastiest, with identification tips, edible portions, seasons of availability, and preparation methods. Stay tuned for a future in-person walk with Russ in the spring.
