Ben Elliott of Salt Box Farm

What a treat we had last night at our first meeting for Garden Club! We toured Ben Elliott’s Salt Box Farm garden and then had him speak to us about the trials and tribulations of owning and running a small farm and catering business. Check out his website, but here is an excerpt from it:
