Grant Applications

The Grants Committee solicits, reviews, and recommends proposals from Concord community organizations. Grants are awarded to proposals that best support the mission of the Club, in other words, projects that assist in the preservation, restoration and development of gardens and the natural environment in the Concord community. Whenever possible we avoid funding labor costs, non-plant material, annual plants, and ill-defined projects. Previous year recipients may re-apply.

The committee meets in the fall to review proposals and make recommendations to the membership for formal approval at the January meeting.

 

Community Project Grant Request 2023-2024

Describe your proposed project. If the project requires ongoing maintenance, please include the details regarding how that will be accomplished. If possible, include a design drawing or photo of site or planned project. Be as specific as possible regarding plantings. If you are planning to plant shrubs, for instance, please indicate the names of varieties. Attach additional sheets if necessary.

Applications should be submitted by October 16, 2023
